The objective of this paper is to propose a simple dynamic model of the system and a reduction method for effect of floor vibration. The dynamics of the system with electro-magnetic force compensation is approximated by a mass-spring-damper system, and an equation of motion is also derived. Then, a comparison of a simulation result with a realistic response is carried out. Finally, effects of floor vibration are explored with the model, and the effectiveness of the proposed reduction method is confirmed.Downloads
